Join us for the premiere of Joyflow Academy, a video series introducing the five “Somatic Snacks” of Joyflow®, practical tools to reduce stress and increase joy. When woven together, they form a complete Joyflow journey.

A premiere like you've never experienced before, you’ll follow along from your seat as the series unfolds from grounding to joyful expression, while sharing brief moments of reflection in community.

Together, we will experience the power of movement as a way to stay grounded, embodied, and ready to show up for ourselves and for the world around us.

Come as you are, straight from your day. No workout attire needed. Though light bites will be provided, we recommend arriving fed.
